Congratulations to one of our former Learners, Gozde on passing the NY Bar Exam. Your story inspires us and our learners of the endless possibilities ahead with hard work and dedication. We're proud of you!

Great news from a former learner-turned-tutor! Gozde studied law in Turkey, but her English was not strong enough to pursue a legal career in the U.S. She attended over 150 hours at LFL as a learner, then gave back by tutoring others, before she moved away in 2021. Gozde recently reached out to share that she passed the NY Bar Exam. Congratulations, Gozde! We're proud of you!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful, classy, smart, and loving bride, Kelsey! Here's to another trip around the sun together as a newly minted family of four.

Walter XinSu was born on Tuesday morning at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. He weighed at 7 lbs 6 oz. Kelsey, EJZ and I are overjoyed to welcome our second-born to the family.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Sentara's Family Maternity Unit, including Dr. Keller, pediatrician Dr. Dwyer, Megan, Sasha, Whitney, Becky, Ali, Jen, Kim, Amy Ashley, and April. The unit is first-class and we were blessed with their fantastic care and service.

We were discharged today. Mom and our son are resting comfortably at home, and EJZ is excitedly welcoming her new best friend.
