The Howell-team Santas dropped off stuffed animals for a special delivery to boys and girls. This donation for the Greater Williamsburg Salvation Army is just the most recent of 25+ years of consecutive giving by Howell Creative Group. In lieu of purchasing gifts for clients, they provides toys for some their most vulnerable and in-need community members.

It's a two-fer for Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF)! Our Co-Pay Relief Direct Marketing done for PAF won a Bronze Healthcare Advertising Award. Selected from 4300+ entries, it's the largest healthcare marketing competition and 1 of the 10 largest of all advertising awards. PLUS the PAF Annual Impact Report won a GOLD Aster Awards, hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today Magazine. Selected from 3,000 entries across the United States as well as other countries. Only the top 5% win gold in the competition! Go team!

This past weekend, our President and Creative Director, Kathy Howell attended the Patient Advocate Foundation, A Promise of Hope Affair annual gala.

This year's theme was Pirates, Pearls & Poker, which included dinner, dancing, silent auction, live scholarship auction and mock poker games.

Kathy Howell, our President and Creative Director, has supported the Historic Virginia Land Conservancy for decades as an In-Kind Leadership sponsor. Kathy believes that preserving our natural land will make a difference for future generations and that it's important to take care of where we call home.

The Newport News Economic Development Authority Annual Report is a project we cherish every year. This year, we put the content from the report directly on the website as news items. This enables the users to view content both in the traditional Annual Report format and online. It’s important to give users as many ways to access these stories as possible and the added news posts help boost the website’s SEO.

We are happy to announce that the 2021 Annual Report Microsite won the 22nd Annual American Digital Design Award. Nearly 2,400 websites, apps, email and social media campaigns, ads and banners and videos were submitted. Only the top 10% were selected as winners.

We’re proud to have teamed up with Blossom Consulting & Engineering to create a conference banner demonstrating their design management strategies for built and natural environments. We are so happy with the results and are grateful for Scott and his team for giving us this opportunity to help showcase such an important role in our community.

Our President and Creative Director, Kathy Howell attended the Avelo Airlines unveiling at the Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport for our client, Newport News Economic Development Authority.

It’s important and special for our team to attend events like this for any of our clients. We’re always excited to see the growth and accomplishments of Newport News!

The Annual Impact Report is a Gold Award winner for The Aster Awards.
Our Report placed in the top 5% of this competition and was in competition with 3,000 other entries across the United States and foreign countries.
