LRI is currently seeking a Senior AutoCAD Technician to be a part of its growing team in Williamsburg, VA.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Use of AutoCAD & Carlson Survey to process survey data & develop base mapping.
Draft completed surveys including but not limited to topographic, ALTA, boundary, utility as-built surveys, record plats, and residential plot plans.
Perform construction stake-out calculations for field crews.
Create work drawings from conceptual plans.
Support and maintain company CADD drafting standards.
Effectively communicate and collaborate well with other team members.
Interact and provide essential communication and information to local municipalities.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
3+ years of survey experience required (office or field)
Valid Driver’s License and able to pass a background check to establish access onto local military bases.
Proficiency with surveying data collection software and equipment
Excellent computer and data collector skills
Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Mathematical skills
