How often do you think that you will get to something "when things calm down"?
It is easy to do when we have full schedules and a never-ending to-do list.
One thing to prioritize to feel better and have peace of mind, especially if you have children, is to create a family wealth plan. Creating an estate plan, as well as a relationship with an attorney can give your loved ones guidance and support once you are gone.
I can attest to Gina's expertise, organization, and guidance. My husband and I have joined her membership and I can say that I learned an incredible amount of information and that I have peace of mind that my son and assets would be taken care of in the event of my passing.
It is scary to know what could happen if we did not take these steps. I'm happy we didn't wait until things calm down!

I love grocery stores!!! ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ช
Sometimes I like to get out of the office and spend time at in the cafe seating area to get work done.
Iโm not distracted by phone calls or other projects and can put my head down and crush out some work.
Now is a good time to look at your calendar for next week and do some planning and strategizing for meals next week.
If you find it difficult to do that, take your work to the store or park or wherever you can get in a few minutes to yourself to plan and create your shopping list.
Having a strategy in place for the week ahead can help:
๐ซ Create peace of mind about meal prep so you can focus on family and work
๐ซ Help save you money by purchasing foods you plan for rather than wandering and picking up what sounds good or grabbing take out later.
๐ซ Meet your nutrition and health goals because you can review your plans in advance to see if any adjustments need to be made ahead of time rather than mindlessly choosing foods and realizing you are still hungry or have overeaten.

There are many internal barriers that hold us back from reaching health and weight goals.
What does that mean?
Rules and beliefs that have been forced on us for decades can create challenges we aren't even aware of.
