What a perfect thing to do on a Friday evening! I’ve attended Kirk Jones’s Sound Healing Demonstrations and it was amazing. Kirk will play the bowls and YOU WILL BE RELAXED and RECEIVE HEALING!! During a segment of this magical evening Kirk often places a bowl in each persons hands or in your back if you choose, and plays the bowls that way!! Imaging a sound bowl in your hands & receiving the energy & healing from that sound bowl. It’s amazing!! I know because I’ve done it!!
