Winter evening sessions always hold a different energy to them ❄️ I enjoy working during these longer nights cradling each of my guests in warmth. Offerings of rest are very much needed this time of year. I am here to help to remind you that amongst the bright lights & holiday shopping, it is in our inherent nature to slow down. I hope you can do just that.

My work is geared towards a natural look with an emphasis on lash health as to not cause damage to the original lash. Most of the women that I work with want a bright eyed look to wake up to everyday without looking overdone or artificial.
While I am full with massage and skin work, I still do offer lash extensions as a service. Lash extensions are absolutely beautiful to have. They do require a commitment of receiving a fill every 2-3 weeks for them to look their best.

A question I ask ALOT to each guest when presenting certain issues are how are their magnesium levels? Most Americans are magnesium deficient and magnesium is such an important mineral in helping to assist the body in over 300 enzymatic reactions!
When I take magnesium, within a few minutes I can instantly feel a sense of calm & reduction in muscle tension as it helps to regulate the nervous system. I could speak more on this but it's Sunday and I felt the need to pop on here to share some awareness on this essential mineral.
