Your love for Matt and I was so pure and non-judgmental that it made us want to love others in that same way. You got us through a hard time. You lifted us up when we needed it. You believed in us. You were there for us. You demonstrated how to be tough and stand up for what you believe in, but with kindness. You taught us about the benefits of different plants and nutrients. You showed us that you can disagree with others on major issues and still have understanding and love for them. You reminded us to be mindful and work to maintain a sense of peace. You shared with us an appreciation for bees. You gave the best hugs. You taught us so much about chickens, and that was SO special. We never met anyone like you. We love you so damn much.

Looking for a 🔥 vegan picnic dish? Deviled potatoes are always a hit! Boil baby gold potatoes until they can be easily pierced with a fork, then scoop out the centers and mash. Drizzle the potato shells with llive oil and roast in oven at 350 for 10 mins (optional step). Add the mashed potato to a bowl and mix with vegan mayo (our favorite is Veganaise), a little Dijon mustard, black salt (gives eggy flavor), a splash of apple cider vinegar, pepper, and turmeric. Add filling to a piping bag and pipe onto potato shells (or spoon filling). Top with smoked paprika and place in fridge until completely cool, then serve!

It was an emotional "see you later" for both of us. We love Blueberry Lane Farm Animal Sanctuary ❤️ We already miss our animal and human friends, especially those roos and Debbie! They are in need of volunteers and we would love if someone could take over our Tuesday lunch shift while we're away this summer. 🙏 It's a life-changing, void-filling, love-packed place, we promise. We're obsessed with CraftGrown Farms 😅 Their hydroponic, organic microgreens and herbs are RIDICULOUS- they're a super flavorful, fresh, nutrient packed addition to any meal. Microbasil leveled up this veg bolognese. 🔥 We're such big fans that Matt has been working there until we move in June and we now appreciate the dedication to their products even more. is Stairway to Veggin's mission: Sharing vegan creations that are delicious enough to inspire anyone to eat more plants, but also giving back to the community via our favorite nonprofit organizations. For the month of April, we've chosen Eden Village of Wilmington. We're passionate about housing for all and love their concept! We will be sharing about them, as well as donating a portion of all sales throughout the month of April to them. Check them out, donate directly, and learn about volunteer opportunities at Eden Village of Wilmington.

Our nonprofit this month Eden Village of Wilmington provides housing and community to individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as individuals with disabilities. They also have a 1-acre community garden where they can grow up to 300 meals annually per resident! Amazing 💚
