Superintendent Functions:

• Manage the oversight of construction activities, including, though not limited to, project scope identification, procurement, field management, ex*****on, and project close-out
• Coordinate and lead schedule meetings with all project stakeholders
• Secure permits and plan government inspections to deliver accurate and on-time project
• Ensure the work is completed safely, on schedule and within budget, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction, profitability and success of their project workload Involved in all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion/close-out
• Travel may be required

Superintendent Qualifications:

• A Degree in Construction Management Preferred
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Scheduling Software
• Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
• Takes Ownership of Work
• Willingness to Learn
• Leadership, the ability to motivate and direct others

Compensation: Competitive Base Pay dependent upon experience
