HKS Construction Inc. Is looking to add 1-3 Remodeling Carpenters to our company. Individuals that have a geometric mind. Individuals that can envision what a project should look like at the end and know how to take the correct steps to get it there. Individuals that have actual multiple years’ experience in residential and commercial framing, trim, flooring siding, cabinets, painting, tile, decks and railings, etc. Individuals must have a positive attitude, humble with years’ experience, and team player. Individuals must be able to consistently show up on time and be ready to work. Drama free!!! Absolutely no drugs or alcohol use period!!! Please read that again. Prefer a non-smoker!! Individuals must have a valid drivers license and a truck. Minimum hand and cordless power tools required. We work Monday through Friday 6-7 to 4-6, some half Saturdays. We average 50-56 hours a week. This is a 1099 position, pays 15-25 an hour. We work in Wilmington NC and its surrounding areas up to an hour. We always have work, 80% commercial renovation and 20% residential.
