On Saturday 25 May, we will be honoring the fallen by participating in the annual Memorial WOD, Murph.
There are many ways you can participate in the WOD that does not require running, a vest, or even a pull up.
You don’t even have to do the workout all the way through pull ups-then push ups, then airsquats. They can be partitioned into rounds of 5 pull ups 10, push-ups and 15 airsquats. Swipe to see just some of the modifications we can make.
No matter your skill, we can work with it. Have an injury? We can work around it. On Murph or any other WOD we do. Our coaches will help you figure it out.

We are honored to be a part of this event for Angels of America’s Fallen at Leland Brewing Company on Saturday May 18th at noon!
We will have a fun and energizing workout to get you ready for a nice cold brew after! $1 of every brew will benefit Angels of America’s Fallen. For more information visit their website to see the great programs they have for children of fallen firefighters, military, and law enforcement. This is truly a wonderful cause so please come and support!
Don’t worry, the workout will fun and be accessible to every fitness level! But you don’t have to participate in the workout to imbibe and contribute to the cause!

At our gym :

You could join a gym for $30 dollars a month, but then you are on your own. And sometimes it takes too much willpower to work out by yourself. You could hire a personal trainer, but that could cost you hundreds of dollars.
That is why it is better to start in a group setting, especially if you are new to fitness or getting back after a long break.
