Got a few in there waiting now... Also, BIG thanks to Tired Iron Modding for his help in getting the John Deere Grapple to work correctly! I was about to scrap it and send it to the "oh well, I tried" folder until he came in and saved the day! Plus BIG thanks to Sandman Lee for all his hard work finding someone who could get it figured out!
After A nice long and MUCH needed break, I decided to send in a couple updates! Eastern NC has a few odd fixes and I added a new fruit type that I created myself so definitely not found in any other maps! (You'll see! 😉) Not sure why it's not already in FS, it's a BIG crop planted where I'm from in NJ and here in NC! For the 53' Trailer, I FINALLY found and fixed the backing issue! You can now back up as fast as your heart desires! lol 🤣 Oh and for those of you wondering, I do plan to convert a LOT of my mods to FS25 when it releases so keep an eye out for those!
All I can say is #1, Woo Hoo!, and #2, it's about time! Now we just wait and see if it passes or not! 🤞🤞🤞🤔 For those that are curious, I fixed the fast version, it wasn't going fast! lol 😆
This is the source of so many modder's frustrations! They will make you wait over a MONTH to test, then go in and fix shader issues "in house" but can't change a couple word translations then failing it for those couple words and making us wait yet another MONTH+! Especially since this is the first I've heard about them fixing any shader issues!
After waiting in the "Pending" state for almost 3 weeks, then in the "testing" phase for over 2 weeks (17 days!), the Reaper fails for, get this, TRANSLATIONS! No ACTUAL issues, just a couple words translated wrong in the moddesc file. 🤦 They also complained about how they fixed shader issues in house but couldn't fix a couple of word translations while they were at it? Now I have to wait for God knows how long till they get around to testing it again! This is why I have been focusing more on real life projects and have not been modding lately, this kind of aggravation is COMPLETELY unnecessary!
Kinda crazy huh? Maybe they'll get to it by Christmas?
Well, The service truck and the stone picker trailer both failed for something stupid but are fixed up and resubmitted. The Reaper and monster truck are in console testing so... 🤞🤞🤞
Everything is STILL pending testing! The stone trailer was sent in on 2/8!
GIANTS approved the edited Reaper pic! It took a few back and forths and a LOT of revising but this is what we settled on. What do you think? This will be the decal that will be in the next update.
Got a few updates in, hopefully they get to them soon!
Hello everyone! I have not been online or modding too much because I have been down with the flu for the last 4 weeks. I have been slowly getting better, but being up in age means beating different bugs is a bit harder now! lol
I have however in my downtime tried, because of the overwhelming requests for the original decal for the Reaper, I asked GIANTS if there was anything I could change in that decal to make it acceptable and here is their reply. Unfortunately, in their own words, "Console players are out of luck." All I can say is everyone needs to message GIANTS so that they can see firsthand the scale of the community that wants the decal back! I have sadly done all I can do.
Well, I tried to "sneak" the original Reaper decal through for you guys but they apparently "fixed it" in house. I checked the released version and the "intimidating" decal was commented out again in the xml files. Any PC players that want to add the "intimidating" decal back only need to remove the from this section.

The Stone Picker update posted yesterday! Some have messaged that there's an issue with it not dumping grass and straw at unload points. This is because it will not unload with the pickup lowered. If you load to less than 100%, it will not automatically raise the pickup before folding. If you raise the pickup before folding to go unload it will work as it should.
I guess 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Now we wait... 🤞🤞🤞
It's been a while since I've posted being super busy with the new house projects and such but I have made some time to get a couple updates in! Oh and I MAY have forgotten to disable the "intimidating" decal in the Reaper update... oops! lol 😉🙃

I finally figured out the forage pickup trailer's major malfunction and now it has been uploaded (again) for testing! I originally had an updated version removing the forage pickup trailer temporarily until I figured out the issue but for once, GIANTS dragging their feet testing mods worked out! At least I was able to pull the old update and send this one in it's place!
Ok, need a bit of help from my fellow modders! The grass pickup configuration as a lot of you know is having an issue with not picking up again once it hits 100%. If you fill it to 99%, it will work fine and go back and reload but if you go to the full 100%, it "shuts off" the work areas and will not reactivate them and let it pick up the next load unless you reload the trailer with the console commands, reset the trailer, reconfigure the trailer, etc. The stone picker configuration works perfectly. I have tried countless different ways of getting it to load from changing the work areas, trying different commands in the xml, adjusting the dischargeNodes, and moving around the groundReferenceNode, but none of them seem to change anything. I'm completely stumped! I'm sure it's something stupid I'm overlooking but maybe a fresh set of eyes can see the issue! If you need the current copy of the mod as it is right now for reference, let me know. Thanks in advance! Oh and if anyone can figure it out, I will DEFINITELY make sure to mention you and your very much appreciated help in the mod description!
What did everyone think of the Stone Picker update? It was kind of a surprise update since I sent it in for testing back before we started moving almost a month ago! I honestly haven't been on working much on mods for a while since we started moving. We did however finish moving and are STILL working on the daunting task of unpacking and settling in! You never realize how much stuff you have till you need to box it all up, move it, then unbox it all! lol 🤣😂😅🤣Hopefully we'll FINALLY get settled in soon and be back to the usual life!
Ok, I found this video on YouTube and it gave me some ideas for a new idea for a future mod and I wanted to get input from all of you to see if it's something you'd wanna see on FS!

This is an update to the post last night with the troll that needed to be banned not once, not twice, but THREE times because he just needed to make more accounts JUST to keep the fight going! Not that I need to explain my actions to ANYONE but when I'm repeatedly called a lair and accused of "caving" I feel the need to show my side! Here's the full conversation with ModHub over the decal matter. I did try to come up with a solution that did not remove the decal however we do need to pick our battles (as grown ups do!) and I did not feel that a huge drawn out back and forth battle over a simple decal was necessary so I did as GIANTS asked! This is the end of the childishness and now I will go back to the life of a grown up and the trolls know what they can do with themselves!
I'm going to say this once, as I said to this clown I'm too old to care who roasts me on my decisions! I CHOSE to remove a decal so that 10s of thousands of others can enjoy using the Reaper playing in the GAME. What children like this don't understand is GIANTS holds the cards, you do as they wish or you don't get mods, PERIOD! End of story!
The Reaper is pending release! The baling pack also has a hotfix to fix the issue that the wrappers wouldn't wrap the 9x bales.
The next few days will be a blur for me and I will not be able to get on the computer to do any modding or have much time to answer questions through messenger. We bought a new house and we close tomorrow so the busy busy time of moving will begin tomorrow after we get the keys! We're hoping to be done by the end of this weekend but we'll see how it goes!
Hopefully not long now! I was also able to keep the original decals and added a few new ones to choose from that my daughter drew up for me. I also added a little something extremely un-realistic! lol 😁😉
