Nutsy, our trusty local weatherman, recorded this afternoon’s rain at just a little over 2”. On our way home we encountered a heavy shower that lasted 8 minutes and 14 seconds. It appeared to be a cruel joke by Mother Nature, but a half hour late she redeemed herself. I apologize from those bad things I said about her. You don’t mess with Mother Nature.

What a wonderful Easter! Enjoyed this special and beautifully decorated tree in the forest and went to view the beautiful wild hyacinths near Wolf Gap. No photo can show the magnificent color of them.

The 2 gentlemen below came into the bike shop last week and rented a bike. Doing our conversation, I found out they are musicians and where holding a Recital last night in Upperville at the Trinity Church.
I went and what an amazing Recital it was. What a honor to watch two of the most talented people I have ever seen, perform together.
I just want to say “what a pleasure to meet you both” and “Thank You” for an evening” I will never forget.
