Where we started.
I’d love to tell you our story but I'll make it short and sweet.
Fusion Cuisine Express is a small Authentic Street taco and BBQ restaurant that is an extension of our Catering business which started in 2010. We have done thousands of catering events for Weddings, Corporate, Quinceañera and everything in between. Genaro (me) and Norma (my wife) were born and raised in Texas! So we know our culture extremely well and after serving in IRAQ with the US Army, Norma became a chef and we decided to settle down in San Antonio to provide the community with a top notch food service.
