Spazz is officially 14! It’s hard to believe he’s only 14 because he can throw the ball down the mound like a grown man. The kid is a freak of nature. He can play anywhere on the field and he always makes his presence known with his dynamic plays and electric energy. If you know him, it’s obvious why he got the nickname Spazz. It’s been incredible to watch him learn and grow on our team. Not only has he gotten bigger, faster, and stronger, but he also requires substantially fewer bandaids. 🤣

Happy 14th birthday, C**t! We’re so thankful you’re part of our Legacy family!

Aaron plays 1st base and outfield and has been with our team since day 1. He will go down in history as the kid who has pulled off some insane things to win in a tied game. He is a multi sport athlete and there are days where he’ll come straight from the soccer field to the baseball field. He’s also a beast on the basketball court. He’s an incredible teammate and a great friend. We’re thankful he’s part of our Legacy family!

Gavin Duncan has only been with our team for 2 seasons, but it feels like he’s always been around. It’s impossible to ignore Gavin on the baseball field, and it’s not only because of his custom yellow accessories. This kid is a natural leader and encourager. He plays with full energy, incredible hustle, and he has a tremendous heart for the game. Not only is he a phenomenal center fielder, but he also holds his own on the mound and behind the plate. He’s our lead off hitter, our eye black artist, and the trend setter for the team. We’re so thankful he’s part of our Legacy Baseball family.

Landon might be late to the growth spurt party, but he’s always BIG on the field. He plays middle infield and can also hold his own in the outfield or on the mound. He has a tremendous love for the game and will always play with heart and hustle.

When the mom who runs the page for your team forgets to post about your birthday….

So…..Kap turned 14 on the 13th. How in the world did we not give him a shout out?!?!

Kap is one of the originals on this team. At 8 years old, his mom reluctantly agreed to coach a wild bunch of boys because they were convinced they needed to play travel baseball. When our team was struggling to find a consistent catcher, Kap stepped up and made it happen. He’s a beast behind the plate, at first base, and in the outfield. Recently he’s been pitching more and is working hard to stay in the rotation. Kap is the teammate who will step up and step in when he’s needed and the team wouldn’t be the same without him. He is incredibly goofy and keeps the dugout laughing with his constant antics. Happy 14th birthday, Kappy. You’re unforgettable……even if I forgot to post about you. 😜

The 14U Legacy boys had a blast at Washington Farms today. They’ll take the field tomorrow at 10:30 AM at JB Williams Park. Rest up, boys!

We’re so thankful for our partnership with this phenomenal organization. Our boys grew up playing on the Winder Lions fields and always worried what would happen to our team when we outgrew those fields. Champions Gate welcomed us with open arms and we’re incredibly grateful. Congratulations on 4 years! We’re excited to grow with you! ❤️⚾️

You’re looking at the 14U Training Legends Pink Out champions! Fall Break meant we were down to 9 players, and they seemed to be running out of steam in the championship game. We were down 0-4 at the start of the 4th, but rallied for a 7-4 win! They’re coming home with some new pink bling!

We would normally be impressed with Lucas Sullivan’s 2 run shot in our 1st game today, but he decided to outdo himself with a grand slam in our second game. Great job, Sulley!

Chemistry.

All the money in the world can’t buy it, and these boys just have it. They have absolutely no quit in them. They will scrap, claw, and fight through any challenge you give them, and they always do it together. We’ve said it for years, but they’re something special.

Gavin H may be small in stature, but he’s HUGE on the field. He always comes up with tremendous plays in center field and short stop, and he’s an incredibly talented pitcher. His speed and aggressive base running make him stand out. He has more energy than 10 kids combined and always keeps the dugout laughing. Our team wouldn’t be the same without him! Happy 14th birthday, Lil Cinco!

Help us celebrate Bryce today! Bryce’s main position is 2nd base, but you can also find him on the mound, behind the plate, and in the outfield. He’s a versatile player who puts his heart and soul into every minute of every game he plays. We’re so thankful he’s part of our Legacy baseball family! Happy 14th birthday, Brycie Poo!

Happy birthday, Coach Katie!

Katie formed this team from a group of 8 year old “all stars” who were convinced they had outgrown rec ball. She took a group of overly confident, rowdy boys and somehow molded them into phenomenal baseball players. People are always shocked when they find out how long our bunch has been together. It’s rare to have a group of players who are so loyal to the game, their coaches, and each other. Katie is the heart and soul of this team, and a huge reason why they’ve been so successful. She loves these boys like her own and demands the best from each and every one of them, on and off the field.

We hope you have the very best birthday ever, Coach Katie. May all the calls go in your favor this weekend! ❤️⚾️

Help us wish Gavin Gee a happy 14th birthday! Anyone who has played with this kid knows he’s a fierce competitor. He’s intense, focused, and the first one to defend his teammates. He’s a beast on the mound, holds down center field like a boss, and has been known to hit a grand slam when the opposing coach is dumb enough to intentionally walk a batter to get to him. Happy birthday, Gee! Our team wouldn’t be the same without you!

We’re a team focused on fundamentals, enjoying the game, and preparing our athletes for the next level of play. We plan to attend a weekend in Pigeon Forge this fall at the Cal Ripken Experience and can accommodate multi sport athletes. We have guaranteed field practice bi-weekly and an indoor facility.

We hope you’ll join us on July 23rd and 30th from 12-2!
