We are beyond grateful to Lloyd’s Soccer for their generous donation of iron-ons, stickers, and car magnets! ❤️ In the wake of the recent tragedy at Apalachee High School, our community has been deeply affected. To help support the victims and their families, Piedmont Soccer Academy will be selling these items at our concession stand beginning September 14th, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to those impacted.

This is an incredible opportunity for our soccer community to come together, show support, and make a difference. Every purchase, big or small, helps us provide some much-needed relief to those who need it most. 🫶

The events of today are a horrible tragedy that will affect our community for days, weeks, months, and years to come!

Our prayers are with the families who lost someone. We are praying for all those who have been injured that God protects them with his love and carries them and their families through this dark time. And we pray for all the First Responders & Barrow County School System Staff who were able to prevent this monstrous act from hurting more people.

While our Prayers and Condolences can never take the pain of this day away from us, we MUST stand together as a community and give our players a place to heal. We will resume all Practices and Games as usual beginning tomorrow, Thursday, Sept 5th. It is essential that our players have the safety of the Pitch to begin their healing.

We understand that your family may need more time to grieve and process today's events, and we want you to know that we fully support your healing process. Take as much time as you need. We just ask that you let your Coach, Team Manager, PSA Board Member, or Friend know.

Our community is a strong, close-knit family that will heal. We pray for you all, and if you need anything, please reach out to us.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by today's tragic events. This devastating incident has deeply impacted our community and soccer family.

As we all navigate this difficult time, ALL Practices are canceled tonight, Wednesday, September 4th, 2024.

Let me tell you about these U19 Girls right here who range in ages from 14-18. They played their first games together this weekend in the Athens Invitational and what a show they put on. This is a new team with a new-to-them coach and they played their hearts out. We can’t wait to watch how they progress this season. Great job ladies and Coach Christian! 💙⚽️💚

The vast majority of parents are very well intentioned when it comes to trying to do their best for their children. However, there is a line that can be crossed and in some instances there is a very subtle difference between being pushy and being supportive.
