Dr. Taylor's tip of the day :
Nanoplastics are linked to heart attacks and strokes and other health issues.
Prevention is best... avoid plastic cutting boards. Try to store in glass and not plastic.
Filter your water, wear natural fiber clothes and hygiene products. Avoid processed foods.
Treatment... sweating/sauna excretes BPA and other toxins. Blood donation also helps.
Make sure to be checking yourself and your children.
Clinic will be closed this next week. Enjoy the beautiful weather
Dr. Taylor's tip/suggestion of the week:
Less than 12% of Americans can fast for 13 hours, which is metabolic inflexibility. This puts us at risk for cancer, diabetes and obesity.
The challenge is to try.
We now offer molecular covid-19 testing
A distraught senior citizen phoned her doctor's office.
'Is it true,' she wanted to know, 'that the medication
you prescribed has to be taken for the rest of my life?'
'Yes, I'm afraid so,' the doctor told her.
There was a moment of silence before the senior lady replied,
'I'm wondering, then, just how serious is my condition
because this prescription is marked 'NO REFILLS'.'
Did you know?
-There are 2 main categories of sleep apnea. 1) obstructive (OSA) and 2)central.
OSA is mainly associated to an excess in weight. Weight loss will treat this.
Central apnea can be due to low vitamin D levels. This is treatable with more sun (gradually increase sun exposure) or supplementing with vit D3, magnesium, and vit k2. The mix of the 3 is the best and also helps drive calcium into the bones and teeth
This type of pesticide residue can not be just "washed off" unfortunatley.....
