The entire seat and legs will tilt back or you can adjust them separately. This is a partial recliner. The headrest has 4 adjustments. Fits someone 5’5” to 6’3”. This model has cushioned elevating leg rests. The seat dimensions are 21”W x 21”D. Comes with the original charger and two new gel batteries!
