Tax Planning and Bookkeeping Firm looking for an experienced Tax Preparer with the ability to prepare and review individual tax returns with minimal assistance. This is a seasonal position and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team!
The hours and schedule are flexible to balance professional and personal life.
Must be able to work well independently and also with our office team.
We are a small firm and rely on communication and teamwork to meet our goals.
We will be work with new and returning clients and provide excellent customer service and quality of work.
Knowledge of Tax Software a Plus.
Main Functions include:
Reviews tax information submitted by clients.
Prepares personal tax returns of various complexities.
Works with confidential client matters and is required to keep matters confidential.
Required Experience and Skills
At least two years of experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and S-corp tax returns.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
MyTaxPrepOffice experiences a plus, but we can train.
Willingness to learn new software and established procedures
Required Experience = Tax preparation: 2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: Based on Experience

· FT: M-F 9 am – 6 pm
· Monday to Friday
