Mezzmer-Rydez Kustoms is seeking a full time Auto Body Technician position that pays an hourly wage of $18-25 and a $1,000 sign on bonus!

We have top level advisors that will ensure your success at this company. Your skills and expertise will be valued with us. Repairing damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Participating in development of repair plan for each repair allocated to you. Accessing additional damage on vehicles after dissasembly and communicating with the file handler for necessary supplements. Communicating statuses of repair with the Production Manager frequently. Communicating with parts departments on ETA updates and additional part orders, recording and storing documentation of all repairs performed and all materials used. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free from safety hazards, clutter and mess, participate in all safety meetings, training requirments and team meetings.

Qualifications-

-Must have a valid Driver's License

-Strong teamwork skills

-Frame Machine experience preferred

-Plastic repair experience

-Automotive welding required

- I-car certification is preferred

- At least 2-5 years of experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Why is it important to make visual notes of damage on a vehicle?
Depending on the angle of your photos, some damage may not be as visible. In order to make sure that the estimate is written thoroughly it is very important to highlight ALL of the damage in the area you are working on!
So what does R&I glass mean? R&I is a term we use in the autobody industry that means “remove and install”. In order to give access to certain parts of a vehicle for repair and/or replacement of a part it is essential to remove other components! In order to perform repairs on the quarter panel of the vehicle you must first remove the quarter glass!

What did the pirate autobody technician say to the customer?
"I am going to fix your CARRRRRRR"
