Inside you feel a welcoming family friendly atmosphere. Our brother has been a resident at this facility for over a year. Since coming here, he has progressed from being bedbound to wheelchair, and is presently working some with a walker. The staff is caring, kind, helpful, friendly, professional, and understanding. They listen to concerns and respond in a timely and reasonable manner. They are committed to providing quality patient care. This involves the medical, physical, mental, emotional and social needs of the residents. It takes the entire team…. Administration, medical, dietary, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, social and rehab staff to accomplish this. We are very pleased with the care our brother is receiving here. Residents and staff at Southwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center celebrated National Cheesecake Day on July 30th! Everyone enjoyed eating delicious cheesecake with toppings of their choice. A big THANK YOU to our dietary manager, Tonita, for making this sweet celebration possible! 🍰

Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center hosted a baby shower for Administrator Kristin Brewer! There were refreshments and lots of fun games.

Yadkin Nursing Center recently celebrated National Ice Cream Month in July by treating residents and staff to delicious ice cream from God's Smile Factory. Everyone gathered on the patio, enjoying their sweet treats while listening to music. 🍦

Residents and staff at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center had a blast beating the summer heat by engaging in a fun water gun fight on the patio! It was definitely a memorable and enjoyable experience! 💦

Mary Gran Nursing Center was filled with the melodious sounds of gospel music as Little Ann and The Redeemers, along with Mary Gran's very own gospel choir, performed for residents and staff. The performances brought joy to all with heartfelt singing and lively dancing. It was a truly uplifting experience for everyone involved.

Royal Park of Matthews Rehabilitation and Health Center celebrated Gorgeous Grandma Day on July 23rd! These beautiful ladies got all dolled up and were treated to a spa day in their honor. It was a wonderful day filled with relaxation and glamour for these amazing grandmas.

It was an exciting day for Shirley Graley, a resident of Bermuda Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! She successfully completed her radiation therapy and celebrated by ringing the bell. It was a joyous moment for her as she marked the end of this important phase in her treatment journey. Congratulations, Shirley! 🎉

Bobby Jones and Ernest Bellamy, two of our residents at Shoreland Health Care and Retirement Center, enjoyed a shopping trip to Walmart! They explored the aisles and found some great deals on items they needed. 🛒

Madalyn Masullo and Claire Kramb, seniors at Porter Ridge High School, showcased their artistic talents by painting a beautiful mural at The Pavilion Health Center to honor our veterans.

Additionally, they designed a vibrant mural to celebrate residents who have successfully completed their physical, occupational or speech therapy programs.

The duo also curated a Pavilion Alumni wall featuring photos of graduates, serving as inspiration for current residents to pursue their rehabilitation and healthcare goals.

These meaningful murals will be treasured and appreciated for years to come. 🎨
