The Blue Ridge Parkway, often called "America's Favorite Drive," is beautiful, but requires extra care while driving. Some of the wonderful things to observe along the way include the mountains, trees, wildflowers, the graceful curves... and the speed limit, which is in place for your safety.

Our Story
Our mission at Performance Automotive is to provide the very best customer care in the automotive industry. Performance Automotive provides excellent service and maintenance for a wide variety of automobiles, trucks, and fleet vehicles by trained technicians using the highest quality parts available.
In 1990, three friends decided to open a shop. They located a building to rent and set about starting a new venture. After a few years and some changes, Mark and Donna Hulcher became the sole owners in 1993. Three small children and a fledgling business provided for very interesting times. Their three sons would be by their sides on a daily basis until they were school age!
In 1996 construction began on what is now their permanent location and the move was made in 1997. Very exciting times but then in 2010 that building was totally destroyed in a huge fire. Disheartened but not defeated, a new building with the same footprint was constructed and is home to Performance Automotive today. We changed the color of the roof but not the quality of the service! The grace of God , family and friends provided the support they needed to start all over.
Today,Performance Automotive Services, Inc. continues to provide quality service at competitive pricing. Family owned and operated, please give us a call for all your automotive service needs. We want to be your car care choice!
