"Christening blanket - This was my second order with unbox the dress. I did a bridal robe from my daughter and it was perfect. The blanket is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately with this order there seemed to be very little communication, I ordered in March and received the order in June. I had to reach out several times for updates. There as no rush on the order but I would have appreciated more updates."

"Nice way to preserve a dress- bit pricey for what you get - Just ok- ordered Prettiest pillows square-initial phone consultation I was told I would get a follow up call after dress was cleaned with pictures before and after (dress was from the 1950s) and have a design chat- this call never happened-a few months later I just received the shipping notification and the pillows. The pillows are pretty but definitely are not a square 12 x 12- they are a rectangular 8 x 10. They are all identical which is OK however had I had that consult call I would have asked for 4 unique pillows. I also denied the return of the extra fabric, shipping said $25 )too expensive). I received a call and offer for return of fabric for free to make up for lack of consultation call and before and after pics. I received the fabric which was pretty much the lining and rest of lace cut up in a plastic shipping bag- would not have cost more than $10 to ship. Overall the 4 pillows cost $466 and dress cleaning $86- exorbitantly expensive for the experience and final product."

"Poor packaging - We loved the robe and two clutches that were made, but I was very disappointed in the box they were sent in. The box was not inside another box and therefore had the mailing label on it and was dirty from shipping, so it was not a box that could be used for gifting and thus a new box needed to be purchased. Also, I paid $25.00 to have the remnants of my dress returned it was sent in a tyvek envelope and the pieces were wrapped in tattered, used tissue paper, which was such not what I was expecting my heirloom to arrive in. Overall happy with the items, but shipping definitely needs to be worked on."
