At Wildfire, our Bookish Club is all about podcasts! We’re loving these listens. What should we listen to next? 🎧 📚
When it comes to web accessibility, we’ve got you covered! UX/UI Designer Maggie Morley discusses the consequences that arise from ignorance. Welcome to the fermentation station! 🪄 ✨ Join us in celebrating our creations for Mad Magic Kombucha, a hand-brewed and organic beverage brand formerly known as MTO (Made to Order) Kombucha.
MTO was suffering from low brand equity and customer loyalty. While developing their brand identity, we needed to find a way to set them apart from the many other kombucha brands on the shelf, while keeping the look and feel consistent across their 19 flavors.
Wildfire worked to create a brand that conveyed both the health benefits of kombucha and the rather mad-man passion behind their brewing process — and Mad Magic was born. Then we brought the magic from the bottle to the shelf (and web!). Our efforts led to increases in KPIs across social media and website purchases, with a 13X increase in e-comm purchases. In honor of World Social Media Day, take a peek into a workday in the life of our Social Media Coordinator, Sarah Stork. Whose day do you want to look into next?🔥
Kicking off our employee hobby series is James Snyder, an outdoors enthusiast: “I have always loved the outdoors and the novelty of it. Things can be different every time you step outside. I get joy from being outside and soaking in the sun. My dad taught me to hunt, like his Dad did, and now it is how we bond and spend time together. Hunting is a long family tradition. I enjoy beginning the hunt and preparing with my dad, but we do the actual hunting from different locations. My mom taught me to run. Now, she doesn't run as much as she used to, but we walk the dog as a family and it is just as fun. I love to run with my older brother and my girlfriend. My closest friends are the guys that I ran in high school with and guys that I run in college with now, so I love having company. People tend to let loose and forget their busyness/stress when they are outside.”
James also finished as the 20-24 age group National Champion and the 3rd overall male at the Aquathlon National Championships in Omaha on June 7th. (swipe to see him in action!)

Our Story
Wildfire didn't start by accident. It began intentionally out of a human instinct to fill a gap within our marketing community. Predominantly project based, Wildfire opened its doors in 2002, and began spreading its promise: to grow our clients’ business while lowering their blood pressure.
Several years, people and square feet later, Wildfire is now located in the heart of the emerging entertainment district of downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in a renovated, circa 1920 warehouse. It has since spread to Richmond, Virginia to include a second shop in the historic district of Shockoe Slip.
A team of fire starters, firecrackers and everything pyromaniacal in between, Wildfire's crew is known for firing up ideas that drive high-quality strategic and creative products for clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups.
And they’re always ready at a moment’s notice to help you spread your message like, well, you know…
