Is your heart heavy like mine? It seems every day we wake up to a new tragedy. It’s hard to be on this space and carry on as “business as usual.” I just needed a minute to pause. The world that we are witnessing makes me even more grateful for a Savior that hurts with us and sees us, my family I hold so dear and my sweet clients that have something amazing and joyful to celebrate. Fall season is in full swing for us and we are here for it! Have you ever wondered what goes into producing florals for a wedding ? Every event we do is custom designed, specifically planned for each couple. For a full service wedding, our week looks like this: Monday: scrub buckets and clean all containers, candles , etc from the last wedding, make sure all inventory counts are correct for candles and containers, Tuesday: pack up all hard goods for the wedding (usually boxes and boxes) , check timelines for Saturday, make adjustments, sometimes we have greenery that comes in and we process it, make sure emails and texts are addressed, work on design plans for upcoming events , Wednesday: flowers are delivered and it’s processing time. This includes getting florals from boxes or buckets that have been delivered, Trimming every stem, stripping thorns and guard petals and making sure florals are getting proper hydration and food. We also start with some production. Thursday: production, production. Friday: we design bouquets and personal flowers so they are the freshest when they arrive at wedding venue. Saturday: delivery, set up, design any custom arbors, etc. and usually return at the end of the event to pick up everything. Sometimes, we are there all day depending on if we need to flip the same space for the ceremony and reception. It can be a VERY long day. But, the joy on the couple’s face, the happiness we see from the family when they see the beauty all come together is why we do it. We love it!! We have now made it to Sunday which a day of worship, rest and unloading vehicles from the night before. Monday comes and we do it all again. Also. I love this bouquet from a recent event!

It was a fairytale!Elizabeth and Chris. 7-16-23. The prettiest ceremony for the sweetest new family. It was an honor to get to know them and be a part of their wedding day. will always and forever be a magical place. So happy for this creative, special couple! is such a gorgeous venue to make this color palette pop! I loved working with such a great team to make this colorful day happen.

I so dearly love the spring, early summer wedding season. We have one more to go and then a bit of a respite the busy fall season. We have worked with amazing vendors and venues this spring. It is never lost on me how important the wedding day is for our brides, grooms and their families. It is an honor to be included on such a special day. These beautiful tables have a special place in my heart! They are from my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at . They feature Blue Willow China that belongs to my mom and dear friend. They really were a labor of love! We so enjoyed creating these tablescapes with gorgeous florals, candlelight and special touches. Such gratitude to and that made sure each detail was perfect that day. Thank you also to Cary Allyn that provided the greenery on the chandelier and helped with ceremony florals. Teamwork!
