We were pioneers on creating new flavors beyond the classic cheese and ground beef in Brazil. We've created mouthwatering combinations that pair perfectly with our homemade dough.

She started everything in a neighborhood called Grajaú, in Rio de janeiro. Due to all of her hard work, we've built a solid foundation that for 3 decades and in 18 different locations, has been a reference and a part of the "carioca" culture.

Our story begins through the hands of this inspiring woman, Lenir. Mother to Romulo Costa, our chef and owner, she has developed all the empanada filling recipes, as well as the dough, and is responsible for building the milestones that made us come from Rio de Janeiro to Orlando bringing the experience of an authentic BRAZILIAN EMPANADA.

Everyday is a good day to have our BACALAO: Confit Codfish in a homemade extra virgin olive oil on top of a potato and Portuguese sausage bed with apricot cubes.

A classic BURRATA. Seasoned cheese, with cherry confit tomatoes and sweet basil goes perfectly well with fresh baguette canoes, herb butter and balsamic vinegard oil. A great entrée before your main course!
