Magazine Cover Inspired Assignment went well despite my original thoughts on it.
Left is Original.
Middle is my work in color.
Right is my work in greyscale.
Love any thoughts on the pops of color!

After some pointers from other designers and contractors, I have scaled back some of the design elements included in my previous post.
Let me know what you think? It's like a game of 'I SPY' when you think about it 😂

Who needs a vacation?
Been working recently on a little tropical timeshare that I wanted to share, not quite complete yet but that's the beauty of angles and what we can hide isn't it haha?
More to come soon! Feedback is always accepted here!

Here's some sneak peaks of the walnut veneer kitchen clad with gold leaf hardware pulls.
Stay tuned for more updates! Feedback is always welcome.

PATTERNS. PATTERNS. AND MORE PATTERNS. Personally, I loves mix of textures, patterns, and pops of color whether it be metal or fabric. Due to the pillows already on the sofa, the overflow excess is mainly to cover them up but the patterns I tried to include have a cohesiveness to them. And check out that statement chandelier! Feedback is always accepted.
Check out the rest of the photos to see the before!
Been working recently on some renders with the help of this lovely software, . I wanted to go for a light, neutral color palette with copper/gold accents and lots of different textured patterns to liven up the space. Stay tuned for the living room as well!

Japanese Heian Art has been around since early 700's to late 1100's and I was tasked to model a wine bar around one of these pieces.
About the Artist:
Thought to be Bai Juyi, but unconfirmed. (Kyoto National Museum, 2020)
About the Artwork:
“Senzui-byobu”, Shingon sect, Japan, Date Unknown
Japanese Color Theory
Green represents growth, nature, harmony, and wealth. Whereas in ancient Japan, green was not its own color, it was a ”shade” of blue. Blue to Japanese culture means a lo, as it was one of the first dyes made from indigo in Japan which evokes feelings of tradition.
The natural earth tone hues and shades throughout the rest of the scenery were applied gradually creating a harmonious color scheme to create depth within the painting. Gold leaf was applied to create the sense of depth.
Japanese artists were enthralled with nature and the changing of the seasons, so this artist was trying to show the cohesiveness and simplicity of life on Earth and living with the Earth. (Kyoto Museum)
The slightly curvilinear form of all the pieces on the painting, makes the flow of the tree-line blending into the cloud-like scenery creates movement across the piece.

Another angle of my reading nook, what used to be my hanging chair. Chair was DIY'd by myself (check previous post) and the wicker bar bookshelf was from Park Ave's Goodwill which I was NOT expecting.
Another angle of my space! If you noticed in my first upload, there is a space on the right hand side that is blank, any ideas are more than welcome.
My Living Room
My living room space has been something near and dear to me and is always changing. I will post details later but here is my final product so far! Try and guess which things were thrifted or bought full price or handmade. Comments, critiques and suggestions are always welcomed.
BEFORE
Swipe to see the after!!
If you know me, you know I love personal DIY's. My Thursday night consisted of picking up this chair from Facebook Marketplace for only $10!! Sanded and stained in American Walnut by Varathane and sealed with poly wax. White fur fabric was discounted as it was the last of the roll at Joann's and voila! Transformation complete! Let me know what you think! (Macrame hanging also made by me)
Boutique Hotel Design: Based on Paul Klee's 'Senecio' artwork. The second page is the overview and if it wasn't digital would have better proportions. I have listed the FF&E if you would like details on the items on my board. I would love to chat about feedback and I will be updating with a a render if photoshop allows me. Feedback is always appreciated as I am a student and learning. Thanks!
Working on a Boutique Hotel Design for class. Would love some feedback on what everyone thinks!
Before and After of my first bathroom render! I've always LOVED banana leaf prints matched with an emerald wall so a very bright white bathroom was my first thought! Hope you love it too!
This render needs some more texture in my opinion but... thoughts??
My farmhouse beach render is starting to be one of my favorite! Here's those pictures of the connecting dining room. @ Winter Park, Florida
A few sneak peaks at the Beach House open living and dining room 3D render I'm working on! Very excited to show the final tweaking to decor and architecture!! @ Winter Park, Florida
The pop of color on this wall looks so stunning against the gold and mirrored furniture. The light has no choice but to bounce off everything and open up the space.
My favorite part about designing is the little things. So picking out that gold Buddha as a centerpiece for the table was such a nice flair! @ Winter Park, Florida
The white herringbone against the dark brown tone of the floor is something I really liked contrasting each other in this room so a close-up was necessary!
First 3D rendering project done ✔️ Welcome to TЯiBe Interiors, my name is Simone Taylor and I'm an interior design student who is trying to get her foot in the door so welcome...
I would like to say the person living here is somewhere in the skies of the city... modern mixes of orange/gold accents, and minimalist art touches.
My website will soon have all my 3D rendering images and mood boards on it but until then, I will be spamming all my different designs here so enjoy!
