Peru Organic Cajamarca El Cautijo - Nutty and chocolaty with some good sweetness, hints of acidity, smoky tones get a bit stronger turning the cup more bitter-sweet.
Sumatra Blue Toba Sibisa Motung - Intense sweetness and bittering flavors, sorghum syrup, foresty cedar, baking chocolate, chicory, hints of licorice and burdock root.
Papua New Guinea Kainantu Sero - All around sweet, clean, syrupy sweet, bubblegum accent, botan rice candy, orange marmalade aroma, and mild, black tea-like acidity.
Guatemala Cuilco Finca El Regalito - Muscovado sugar sweetness, accented by raisin, currant and sweet cinnamon sauce.
Honduras Organic Comsa - Chocolaty, lower acidity and medium bodied. Nutty caramel like tones, great chocolaty tones.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gelana Abaya - Very smooth, chocolaty spice note with just a little floral note. A great cup to drink all day long.
Ethiopia Natural Guji - A nice balance of sweet, red fruit and floral mixing with a semi-earthy bakers chocolate undertone.
Ecuador Pichincha Gilda Carrascal Pacamara - Pretty jazzy and heavy on the citrus floral tones. Balanced with those nice nutty/chocolate tones. Crisp, clean, sweet, and medium bodied.
Tanzania Peaberry - Rich, clean and chocolaty, a gentler cup with a little sweeter edge and a hint of acidity and spice.
Uganda Bugisu Double Hand Picked AA - Nice clean and smooth, fuller bodied cup, darker toned and along the chocolaty side.
Mexico Organic Altura Chiapas - Very nice and chocolaty cup of coffee, lemony crispness upfront.

Ethiopia Agaro Biftu Gudina Cooperative - Peach, natural dried apricot, sarsaparilla, cola soda, marmalade, with a floral aroma.
Costa Rica Tarrazu La Pastora - Jasmine, swiss chocolate, pineapple, cherry with caramel finish.

Honduras Org. SHG EP Santa Rosa - A very smooth cup, rich and clean. Fuller bodied and lower
acidity, a deep semi-sweet chocolate smokey aspect.
Peru Organic Norte SHB EP - A bit of an overly floral tone, a low acidity cup with a bit of a sweet edge to it.
Medium bodied and predominately chocolaty, a great everyday drinker.
Indonesian Bali Organic Blue Moon - Clean and smooth cup with just a hint of sweet orange,
nice sweet molasses undertone. slight smoky tones and soft fruit can be found especially in a darker roast.

Burundi Yagikawa Station - Muscovado sugar sweet, brisk black tea with lemon spritz, mild citric-like acidity, and a finish that comes to a point. City to City+
Costa Rica Chirripo Finca Jose - Loaded with grape and dark berry notes, accents of candied citrus peel and roast complexity, and lasting, fruited-cocoa finish. City+ to FC

Guatemala Fair Trade Organic - Hints of dark chocolate and hazelnut notes, medium bodied, slight syrupy sweetness, spicy bright mouth feel, nice clean aftertaste and finish. FC to FC+
Peru Organic SHB EP Apesi - A bit lighter toned and a bit cleaner than the average Peru coffee. Medium acidity, gives a pretty sweet and floral first sip of this coffee, a bit of crispness and nice caramel malty type undertone. (limited quantities) City+ to FC
Colombian Supremo Huila - Full bodied and very clean with a bit of citrus and floral balanced with a fuller bodied dry toasted walnut like tone, chocolaty with a bit of soft fruit in the cup and just a tiny hint of raw acidity, low acidity with predominate smoky/chocolaty and nutty tones. (limited quantities) City+ to FC+
Kenya BCT Othaya Peaberry – Classic Kenya chocolaty factor with a little caramel tone poking out. Honey like sweetness and very clean, great balance between citrus, floral, herbal and chocolate. (limited quantities) City+ to FC+

El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas Honey Processed - Apricot and wintergreen aromas, none bracing acidity, creamy dark chocolate and orange blossoms in the finish.
Guatemala SHB EP Tikal - Dark chocolate, bright red apple, berry, lively acidity, a honey-sweet finish and excellent consistency cup-to-cup.
Decaffeinated Peru Org. SWP - A very chocolaty cup, pretty smooth but still closer to baker’s chocolate than milk chocolate. It has a little caramel sweet floral tone upfront that creates a very nice balance of tones. (Swiss Water Processed Decaffeination)
