I'll never get tired of the transformation process!
1. Original slab & finished product.
2. Original slab.
3. Cut, planed & sanded down.
4. Stained & coated in Helmsman lacquer.
5. Straight out of the engraver.
6. Accents painted.
7. Final coat of lacquer applied, leaving it sealed & weatherproof, bringing out all those colors & really making that stain pop! Black chain added for hanging. Done!

Custom cut & engraved leather patch for a blaze orange hat. Another challenge of trying something new! This guy right here proves we are no longer limited to your standard oval, round, rectangle, or diamond shaped leather patches! Can't wait to experiment some more with this!
