Hello parents and cheerleaders. I am Jennifer your new assistant coach. I am looking forward to working with all of you. I cheered for Westland elite for 6-7 years. I also coached for the lower levels of Westland for a little under a year. I love to work with kids and to see the motivation they have is great. My goal as a coach is to connect with every kid individually and help them strive to do better not only as a cheerleader but as a person out side of cheer. I want these kids to learn that cheer is not about winning its about having fun and showing America what we love. Attention all royals all star cheerleaders. We will be holding team placements at the end of may. The date is TBA and I will be sending out emails to all parents, so make sure to be checking your emails. We have a very busy season coming up and have to prepare. Stunt clinic will be in early Jun and cheer camp will be in early july. Our first competition will be in late August. I would like to start up a Jr level 1 team this year. So if my 12 and up athletes have any friends that would like to join the royals all star cheerleading family please pass on my phone number. Or bring them to team placements with you. Hey hey hey all royals all star cheerleading athletes and families. 1st there will be NO cheerleading practice this Sat due to events that 3 of the athletes have going on for their school. Also get your family ready cause we have 2 bowling fundraisers coming up. Dates will be announced later today. These are our huge fundraisers and very important that everyone come to these. If you don't come then there's a possibility that any money raised will only help those who show up. Fundraisers are mandatory in order for the athletes to raise money for different things the teams may need. Feel free to invite everyone in your family as this will help increase our success. Hey hey hey all royals all star cheerleaders don't for get Tuesday is the first day of our choreography camp at our practice sight IA in wixom. Please be there promptly at 930am with a healthy snack and plenty of water. You to wear proper practice attire and prepare to be very hot and sweaty. Tuesday we will be welcoming 2 more new girls for sure and maybe a 3rd who will be a boy. So again dress proper. We may be staying in a hotel and as soon as I have that information I will let everyone know. Ms Curry is working on getting rooms for the 3 days we will be there, so watch for information. I can't wait to see everyone Tuesday and come pump and ready to work hard. Those 3 days will be the hardest as we learn our entire routine. And remember everyone first competition is only 49 days away which means only 9 more practices til competition day. Hey hey all my wonderful athletes it's coach Danielle reminding every that this Saturday July 4th there will be no practice due to the holiday. I'd also like to wish everyone a safe and wonderful holiday. See you all at the practice on Saturday July 11th. Also when we return stunt clinic will begin at 10am on July the 13th. This is mandatory for everyone. Also deposits are due asap as it was supposed to be due today but will give parents until this Friday July 3rd no later and the balance is due the day of clinic. Ok attention all royals all star cheerleading families please don't forget that deposits for stunt clinic are due tomorrow at practice. Deposit for stunt clinic is $25 and you will get a bow for you to wear during clinic. Practice is tomorrow from 3-5pm as usual so be on time so coach jermain can get started promptly. We will also be working in stations tomorrow to work on stunts, jumps, tumbling and flexibility. I cant wait to see everyone tomorrow. And I'm getting so excited about our upcoming season. Planning is in order for competitions and hotels. Also for stunt clinic and cheer camp I will be staying in a hotel to save on gas and mileage so if I have any parents would like to join me let me know and we can split cost. We will also be going to camp Dearborn after stunt clinic on July 14th for a team bonding day and to celebrate Alyssa bday. I'll know more tomorrow about the passes for camp Dearborn. The cheerleaders care to report to the Westland location by 5pm and be ready to work the restaurant selling 50/50 tickets as well. I hope to see all my athletes and their families. Good morning all royals all star cheerleading families. Please remember our buffalo wild wings fundraiser in Westland tomorrow. People will need the flyer in order to make sure it comes to us. If you need flyers please let me know. Also the $25 deposit for stunt clinic is due this Saturday June 27th. This is mandatory for all athletes as they will be learning all their stunts for their routine. Tuition will be due the 11th of July due to the holiday and the gym being closed on the 4th. If tuition and deposit is not paid then your athlete will NOT be able to participate. I will work with my parents as much as I can, but Theres only so much I can do. Also parents will be meeting at buffalo wild wings at 430 and staying until 7pm. We will also be holding a 50/50 raffle and will need help from the cheerleaders and parents to make this a successful night. Hope you all have a great day. Hey hey hey all royals all star cheerleader and families. Today we welcomed 4 new girls to our program and I'd like to say congratulations to nia demmons, kayleigh Edmondson, Mackenzie Edmondson and temara Weiss. Welcome to the royals family. We continue preparing for our upcoming season and i have the dates for stunt clinic and cheer camp.
Stunt clinic will be June 29th and June 30th. A deposit of $25 per athlete will be due by June 15th then the other $25 will be due the day of stunt clinic. Times for clinic are 10am-12pm both days. Please remember this is MANDATORY FOR ALL ATHLETES. Please save these dates as this will give us the stunts for our routine for competitions.
Cheer camp dates are as follows August 11th-13th 10am-1pm all 3 days. Again this too is MANDATORY FOR ALL ATHLETES. This is where they will learn their entire routine consisting of stunts, jumps, team tumbling, individual tumbling passes and the dance. The price will be announced later as it gets closer. So please save those dates as well. Also our practice time will now be Sunday from 11am-1pm.

If you need a ride I have a couple parents willing to help carpool but need to know asap. All veteran athletes please remember proper practice clothing is required and bows are to be worn but not competition bows. I also expect all of you to show our new cheerleaders the same respect you show all coaching staff and welcome them with open arms. This season we are growing and changes are coming so be ready. Well I have great news to announce. This 2015/2016 season royals all star cheerleading will have 2 teams. A tiny team and a youth team. This makes me so proud as we are finally expanding our program and getting out there showing people who we are. I can't be prouder of this as a coach. We will be holding try outs on May 17th and cost is $30 which also covers registration. No need to worry everyone makes a team no experience needed that's what I'm there for lol. This is a very important time for us as we prepare for another competition but this time we actually have to travel. Our rooms at the holiday inn Midland has been booked and we are ready to head up. We will be making some huge changes to our program and its all for the better. our season will officially end after our may 30th competition in saginaw. we will be holding try outs in may and the date will be announced soon. All veteran cheerleaders are required to attend try outs with any new coming cheerleaders. Then in June we have stunt clinic and in July we will be having our cheer camp to learn our new routine for the upcoming competition. All cheerleaders are required to attend stunt clinic and cheer camp. Royals all star cheerleading will have a fabulous 2015-2016 competition season with a lot of travel so hope everyone is ready for some hard work and lots of fun at the same time. For try outs to any new comers there is NO experiance needed. Any girl and boys ages 4-18 are welcome and you will have a spot on the team.
