We're happy to share this link to a newly published retrospective study by our overseas colleagues on the effectiveness of the Cheneau-Gensingen Brace. We appreciate their hardwork and excited to share these impressive results! Of brace wearers who meet the SRS bracing criteria - 79% improved - 21% stable - NO PROGRESSION. We don't know of another scoliosis brace that can make that claim!

Dr. Marc and Amy will be teaching a Schroth Best Practice certification course for professionals at UC-San Francisco at the end of Sept/early Oct. This is the first course held here in the US in a while and it is likely to be the only one for 2023.

Dr. Marc had the pleasure of speaking at Higgy Con this past Monday and it really was a wonderful time! To our surprise we ran into one our favorite Florida patients and her mom there to enjoy the learning and festivities. Lauren Higginson is a bundle of energy and she put on a fantastic program for kids from all over. We enjoyed meeting and talking with some of the moms, dads, kids, and other presenters. We wish we could've stayed longer but needed to get back for other patients here in Boston this week for Schroth and brace treatment. Watch for Higgy Con 2024 plans–I'm sure Lauren is already planning it in her head– it is sure to be antoher good time and a great place for your child to meet other scoli-friends, bond and find a support system. The result of early and consistent bracing, with the right brace!

Check out our patient who was braced full time (20+ hrs) at Risser 0! Her in-brace x-ray in 2021 was amazing and she is now at a Risser 2! She just saw us for her second brace to continue her scoliosis journey 💙💚💪

Our adolescent patients have been busy! Here is a patient of ours who is currently still in bracing treatment. The x-ray on the left is from October 2020, the x-ray on the right is from June 2022! You can see the main curve is much more centered towards the midline, which is going to really help with the stability of her spine in the long run! We can’t wait to see how far she goes!
