Duties:
* Assists clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as instructed by the Nurse Case Manager and the client specific care plan.
* Activities of Daily Living may include, but are not limited to, bathing and personal hygiene, assistance with dressing and grooming, eating, mobility, and toileting.
* Instrumental Activities of Daily Living may include, but are not limited to, meal preparation and planning, light housekeeping, errands, accompaniment to appointments, and assistance with communication such as the use of the telephone.
Requirements:
* Current TB test.
* Clean criminal background screening.
* Bilingual candidates encouraged
* PCA certificate. Is a plus

House Calls Home Care LLC is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers and CNAs to join our team and our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the community. We are looking to grow our team of CAREGivers who are dedicated to working a higher number of weekly hours.
We have work throughout Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria and Loudoun Counties. Ideally, candidates for this position would seek upwards of 20 hours per week. House Calls Home Care LLC provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
