There's this new loan program - It's only 1% down and no PMI! 🙌You're probably thinking what's the catch and there are some guidelines that have to be met but this is perfect for current renters who's lease is ending soon because the down payment would likely be less than a security deposit & first month's rent on a new lease.

Max loan amount is $350K, you need a minimum 640 credit score, and there are some income guidelines to meet. Yes staying under $350k is challenging in NOVA and parts of MD but it's not impossible and the market has become buyer friendly again.
