The Time Has Come To Spring Clean!✨💐
Let's Spring Clean Addiction For Good.
Here is a checklist to help you clean out old habits:

☑️ Get rid of things that remind you of your past habits.
Things hold memories to past experiences, sometimes bad ones, which is why we recommend throwing out anything that reminds you of a bad time in your life. This can help you with a fresh start mentally and encourage you to create new happy memories to replace the sad ones.

☑️ Delete contacts from your phone
Having connections and access to people who may have influenced bad choices in your life can negatively impact your recovery and cause you to slip back into old habits. Deleting contacts of people who have a negative impact on your life will allow you to disconnect from past experiences and give you the fresh start you need.

☑️ Repurpose past hiding places
If you have an area in your home or around you where you hid during addiction, clear it out and find a better use for that space. Maybe fill your old stash drawer with notes of affirmations or stick affirmations on the wall in a corner or closet where you might have hid. This will give you reminders of how far you have come and help you stay on the right track.

☑️ Clear your mind of any negative self talk.
Change starts with how you think and feel about yourself. If you start with changing the way think/speak to yourself, you can begin to practice health habits. This can lead to a more happier and mentally healthier you.
