They got to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary 👰♀️🤵 in their new home😍

I was introduced to this lovely human, Jennifer through my lender partner .vang_fairway.
Jennifer had been renting and never owned before and wondered if she could actually purchase a home for herself. She had no clue if that would even be possible.
I remember hearing from Aaron that when Jennifer got preapproved to purchase, she was so incredibly surprised and excited! I felt honored that he connected us and couldn’t wait to help her.
From start to finish she was a trooper and when we were at that closing table…she was like, “Oh Wow, I did it!” I’m like you totally did and now you’re a homeowner! Was so special.
Seriously ya’ll….the emotions with this one. 🥹❤️

✨First Closing of 2024!✨
I met sweet Olivia in July to talk about what her and her boyfriend Taylor’s house buying goal was and couldn’t wait to find THE right one for them. Fast forward to today, they closed on a cute house in New Prague with an amazingly huge yard for their big dog 🐶 to run around in. It’s so perfect 😍
