The FHFA announced the NEW maximum conforming loan limits for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for 2024. The new Conforming loan limits for 2024 are:
1 UNIT = $766,550
2 UNIT = $981,500
3 UNIT = $1,186,350
4 UNIT = $1,474,400
Until this takes effect in 2024, Bell will continue our promotion of $745,000 ($18,800 above the current max) through 12/31/2023.

Just a reminder, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s conforming loan limit increase in single family homes won’t be announced until nearly 2024. This is great news for homebuyers working with Bell! 🎉🏡
