I fulfill every single order that comes through the website myself. And one of my most favorite things about this process is seeing what people order. For a while I saw an inordinate amount of SUfi & Sumra being ordered. That told me that the collective was tapping into the ancestral work that needed to be done. Then came a wave of Calm & Collected orders. That told me how much anger the collective was processing. Now it seems Nigella is needed. I began working professionally with flower essences over 10 years ago. When I began, it was widely accepted that flower essences do not directly affect physical ailments. Through the years I’ve done a ton of research through focus groups, observations of clients and family etc.
Certain things have just demanded my attention. I cannot claim that flower essences will definitively help with periods but I just CANNOT ignore how many testimonials I’ve received from people telling me how much they HAVE helped. In fact, as we speak, I have my own two daughters testing out a “period blend” because they both have difficulties with their menstrual cycles. If you’ve been in any of my classes or containers and have a difficult period and would like to try this blend, DM me. In the meantime, these are the essences that *may* be helpful for women who have difficult cycles. *With regards to Pure Love on the last slide, I do want to reiterate that I have NOT studied it yet, but this testimonial came through via email and I felt it was worth sharing. The mental toll of watching this Jen-oside unfold is absolutely real. And everyone has a different capacity to hold pain. I wanted to address this from a practical aspect. If you want to do something but are having a hard time, here are my suggestions:
1. Boycott, Boycott, Boycott. Start with Starbucks, McDonalds and most candy brands. This action item is really important. Find a good list and add others companies to boycott. Withholding your dollars is a HUGE.
2. Study the history of Palestine, the “Middle East”, Colonization in general.
3. Teach your children.
Acts of resistance and revolution come in all shapes and sizes.

The most immediately transformative action one can take is to speak truth to power. And speaking truth to power at a collective level creates momentum for revolutions. Fig & Olive, along with the rest of the ancestor series, was inspired by the plants, flowers and gems of my ancestral lands, the Arab and Islamic lands. I have reimagined them into a flower essence format and studied them carefully to be able to present them to you.
