Hey there!!! Who is looking for a super fun long weekend with crafty friends??? We had so much fun last year that we’d doing it again!!!

Join us at Retreat to Complete in Nancy, KY Thursday, Aug 18 through Sunday, Aug 21!

We will have a make ‘n take every day!!!

Meals are not included, but we will assign teams to different meals and that team will be responsible for feeding everyone and cleaning up (this way no one is stuck in the kitchen the whole time).

Cost is based on # of attendees. We currently have 10 and the cost for Th-Su is $200. If you and a friend join us, it will be $167 each. There are 6 open spots and each person who joins us will decrease the cost even more.

$50 deposit to hold your spot, full payment will be due in July 🙂

You don’t have to be a paper crafter - you can bring anything you want to work on for the retreat, as long as it’ll fit at a 6 foot table! ❤️

Today’s card was based on a color challenge to use Gorgeous Grape, Early Espresso and Granny Apple Green. No other colors were permitted other than “basic” colors like Basic Black, Basic White, Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake. I struggled with these limitations, but I actually like the end result quite a lot!

I used Early Espresso ink, colored with Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and Gorgeous Grape ink on a Water Painter. DSP from the 6x6 Brights combined with Sheer Gorgeous Grape ribbon and die cuts from Nature’s Thoughts pulled it all together on an Early Espresso card base.

Our Letter Carrier left a note in our mailbox Thursday that she will be going on maternity leave after Saturday 7/3, so I made her a little card to wish her all the best! (This is also my first go at using my awesome Inky Dragon frame - I love it!!!!)

I’ve been slacking on posting projects lately - I promise to rectify that soon!!!
