Today we came together to celebrate. Years of hard work, years of relationships and to honor and remember a great man who paved the way and led us in true leadership form. A man who taught us all, employed us all even when there was no work going on. He always said, “we are DMD, there’s no DMD without everyone of us”

He cherished his hard working men and he bragged about each one of them to me. He was incredibly proud of his employees. Above all this he was a man of God! He honored and trusted God in every obstacle he faced. He gave God glory and honor with every job that came his way. Through the hardships and the good he never ceased giving God praise. I’d often be panicked and wonder what we would do in the hard times and dad so calmly looked at me and just would say, “Alexis, I have been through this my whole working life and it always works out. I’m not worried now” Today he is in heaven and he is relived of his labor and hard work. What a joyous day that will be to be reunited with this great man I got to call dad and boss man. Dwayne Lolley is that man.

I speak for him and myself when I say Thank you all who stayed by his side and believed in him and continued to work through all the hard times. For there came the good times we all benefited as well. This business is not for the weak. That’s for sure.

People drive carefully. This is one of our own, family and employee headed to work. He’s alive and a miracle. Please be safe out there and although this wasn’t his fault pray and ask for protection when you head out.

Christmas is almost here. After years of struggling and wonder how we would even make it as a small business in the construction field..... We are still here. We are still in recovery mode, but we have had steady work for over a year. This is a hard field to be in and a lot of people do not understand it, but God knows the struggles this industry faces and all those in it. Keeping work, getting new work and doing a good job and pleasing the client and the employees is not easy, by far.... some days we mess up and some days we succeed on the job, but we blessed to have a team of hard working men and "women" that give this company their best to make it even better. Let us not focus too much on what more can we get or be done for us, but stop and thank God for the storm he just brought us through. He knows our needs and he will supply that if we trust in him, and know there will be more storms but it is how we trust and the faith we have in our father. What storm have you faced that God has brought you through?
