This role has been created to provide support for a growing construction and remodeling business located in Woodstock, GA. The role will support the Business Manager and will be responsible for completing multiple administrative functions that are essential to the Company’s continued growth and success.
Job Duties:
· Provide great customer service in person, by phone, or online.
· Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable management, and book keeping.
· Answer phones, respond to customer requests verbally or in writing, and schedule estimates.
· Coordinate with Project Managers to manage purchase orders, change orders, delivery tickets, closing out completed projects, invoicing, and receiving payments.
· Complete ad-hoc assignments as required for accounting, marketing, or other purposes.
Skills / Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Basic computer skills: e.g., E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills sufficient to communicate key concepts to potential customers, colleagues, and vendors. All are welcome to apply. You do not need to be a native Spanish speaker.
· Basic understanding of residential construction preferred.
Education/Experience:
· Previous experience in office administration or related field.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience and/or understanding of accounting principles and processes preferred.
