🌊 Dive into Hydration: Your Key to Wellness! 🌿💧 Ready to elevate your hydration game? Let’s hydrate like it’s our job, because, well, it kinda is! 💦💪
Tip 1: 🚰 Keep Water Handy:
Carry a reusable water bottle wherever you go! Whether it’s a sleek stainless steel or a colorful BPA-free option, having water at arm’s reach makes sipping a breeze.
Tip 2: 🍋 Infuse for Flavor:
Boost your hydration by infusing water with your favorite fruits 🍓, herbs 🌿, or even cucumbers 🥒! Not only does it add a refreshing twist, but it also encourages you to drink more.
Tip 3: 🔄 Swap Gradually:
Don’t overwhelm yourself by suddenly ditching all other drinks for water. Instead, gradually replace one sugary or caffeinated beverage each day with a glass of water. Small changes add up!
Bonus Tip 4: 💧 Listen to Your Body:
Thirst is your body’s way of saying it needs hydration! Don’t wait until you’re parched to reach for water. Sip throughout the day to maintain optimal hydration levels.
Bonus Tip 5: 🌞 Rise and Hydrate:
Start your day on the right foot by drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning. It kickstarts your metabolism, rehydrates your body after a night’s sleep, and sets the tone for a hydrated day ahead.
Bonus Tip 6: 🌟 Celebrate Progress:
Every drop counts! Celebrate each step you take towards better hydration. Whether it’s reaching your daily water intake goal or simply choosing water over soda, pat yourself on the back for prioritizing your health!
Remember, hydration isn’t just about quenching your thirst; it’s about fueling your body, boosting your energy, and supporting your overall well-being. Let’s raise a glass to a hydrated and thriving you! 🥂💦

As a user of Insight Timer for years, and now as a teacher on it as well, I was disheartened to learn that Apple is considering direct donations to teachers (which Insight Timer gives 100%) as an "in-app purchase" and therefore subject to their 30% commission rate. On one hand, I find it unfair to take that much of something a person felt so compelled to give to their teacher. However, I also understand that many are using the platform as a free app and that there is no obligation to do so. Apple is providing a way to make this resource easy to access and has the right to be reimbursed for providing it. I also understand that a donation can be considered a 'loophole' that could be exploited by less ethical companies who want a workaround for that commission fee. Therefore, I have a somewhat neutral stance on the topic because I see both sides. However, we have our own loophole on Insight Timer. If you want to provide a donation to teachers without having 30% automatically taken from them - donate on the Insight Timer website instead of the app. It may be a minor inconvenience, but it's the only option if you want to put your money where your heart is.
