Special Announcement!! Braise will be Permanently Closing! Our last day of operation will be February 14th. We thank each and everyone of you for your support. Financially, we just can't keep the business going. It was a pleasure and one hell of a journey. We will be operating on a modified schedule this week. Tuesday, Closed. Wednesday through Saturday Open 5pm to 9pm. Tuesday and Wednesday February 13th and 14th 5pm to 9pm

Hi everyone, we tried. Moving forward, all of my focus will be on creating a new and exciting dinner experience. Thanks to all that did join us for lunch!

Chef Scott & I are so happy to announce that Bunny Barnes will be playing at Braise on Friday Jan. 5th & 19th from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. We hope to see all of you then.

Chef Scott is cooking up Swordfish and Bone-in Short Rib for Specials tonight. Bunny Barnes is playing tonight.

Sautéed Swordfish served with jasmine rice, French green beans and a delicious roasted red pepper coulis.

Bistro Steak served with mashed potatoes, French green beans and a dark chocolate demi glace.

Both are absolutely delicious. Looking forward to cooking for you tonight.
