A slight change on our Restaurant Week menu. Due to high demand of the spicy beef bulgogi ramen, we had to remove it from our restaurant week menu. It is replaced with our (equally delicious) Abura Ramen.

Toro-Pitaya Maki

In dire need of some tropics during this cold weather ~ the best we can do is put it in a sushi roll.

Avocado, jalapeño, mango, sweet potato tempura, kabayaki sauce, sesame seeds, wrapped with soy paper. Seared toro, pitaya (dragon fruit), and spicy mayo on top.

1. Cordially Invited : Our first ever clarified milk punch. This is a curdling process and once strained, it creates a drink with a silky mouthfeel. This cocktail pulls flavors from reposado tequila, Bailey’s Almande, raspberry chocolate milk, and lime juice. Topped with a vanilla cream foam and a peppermint candy rim.

Pomegrante Drop Martini: Like a lemon drop but made with Roku gin and pomegrante juice. So refreshing.

Hollie-Daze: A dessert(y) cocktail with a vegan eggnog, vanilla vodka, amaretto, orgeat, and cinnamon.

The Braised Brisket Bao (a new monthly special). It has been a long time since we’ve made a new type of bao. It’s kind of perfect for this cold weather that we’ve been having. Made with a fluffy steamed bun, slow cooked beef brisket, pickled purple cabbage, sweet red pepper aioli, scallions, and sesame.

Duck Shoyu Ramen, absolutely obsessed.
Our new special for this week ~
Made with shoyu tare, assari (chicken broth), pan seared duck breast, soy marinated egg*, chili oil, scallions.

A type of dessert that makes you not want to share: Winter Melon Ice Cream Sandwich. Made with winter melon ice cream, walnut cookie, wild blueberry compote and whipped cream.

We just tried our new weekly special: Yuzu Halibut Salad and it is perfection! If you haven’t had halibut before - this is the way. It is a wonderful fish that is lean, slightly sweet, and mild in flavor.

How it is prepared:
Pan seared, yuzu kosho compound butter, blood orange reduction, citrus, grape tomatoes, fennel & arugula salad, pistachios.

With a new season coming, we are updating our business hours. Starting September 5th (Tuesday), we will open from 4pm-9pm on Monday to Thursday. For Friday & Saturday, we will open from 12pm-10pm. Sundays are open from 12pm -9pm. In short, we are going to be open everyday.

It has been a tough decision on whether or not we should remain open for lunch on weekdays, but it is clear that we are a fan favorite for dinner! Thank you to those who support us and we sincerely apologize to our weekday lunch regulars. We want to reassure everyone that our quality and ambitions will not change - just the hours :)

🦀 Seafood Boil Ramen 🦐
For this weekly special, we are incorporating southern flavors in to our ramen. Made with little neck clams, prawns, lump crab meat, andouille sausage, corn, soft boiled egg, scallions, and a light chicken broth.

We already know that these August desserts are delicious, but can we just mention that they are also so refreshing!
