Warren will go on to win the general election 62% to Deaton's 38%.

But that’s not how conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch chose to spend his summer. He published a one-sided account of the legal system riddled with serious omissions and analytic errors — essentially conservative political propaganda — and he won’t answer his critics, writes Khardori.
