These past 5 years have been filled with so many amazing projects, partnerships, people, and experiences. Not to mention dedicated and hardworking employees.

Integrated Development Partners is excited to announce the partnership with Steel Works Co and Warehaus on The Lofts Midtown located at Green and Cumberland Streets in midtown Harrisburg!

This project is a part of a redevelopment of the old Salvation Army Office Building. The final residential building is going to contain 16 loft apartments along with a 35-spot resident parking lot.

Now introducing IDP Integrated Consulting!

Wormleysburg-based real estate development and consulting firm Integrated Development Partners(IDP) (Justin Kuhn, Jonathan Bowser, MBA, and Michael Kennedy) has separated their Civil Engineering and Building Design services into a new entity. The new entity will do business under the name IDP Integrated Consulting LLC (IC), with Justin Kuhn as the managing partner. IDP Consulting, LLC will continue to operate from 430 N. Front Street, Wormleysburg, PA, and will provide the same great service their clients have come to expect.

This new operating structure will provide significantly more opportunity for employees while separating the entity from any real estate transactions or future business enterprises. IC will continue to offer an “Integrated” approach to design, allowing the team to collaborate with stakeholders to identify the right solutions to achieve their client’s goals. IC’s services include comprehensive site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, and building design, offered to a diverse client base.

The IDP Consulting, LLC entity transition will be effective January 1, 2022. We are very excited to announce that Terri Delo and Elliot Shibley, RLA have been promoted to Partners in the firm. “Each has shown a true commitment to make IC the best it can be and are a large part of who we are today”. The IC team is looking forward to continuing to serve the local Central PA market and broader region, which has proven to provide ample opportunities for projects. The team approaches each day with passion and enthusiasm, excited to serve existing clients, as well as potential prospects. The team has experience in handling complex land transactions, zoning, master planning, entitlements, design and construction challenges, and economic hardships that most design firms never encounter. The firm is excited for this transition and the growth that it will bring them.

Background: In 2021, IDP owners Justin Kuhn, Mike Kennedy and Jonathan Bowser, MBA made strategic changes to the overall “Integrated” family of businesses. In the Summer of 2021, IDP formed Integrated Land Transfer along with partners Doug Smith and Annette Myers to offer real estate settlement and title services to customers. In November 2021 the formation of Steel Works Construction was announced, with Bowser as the CEO and President, to offer Construction Management Services to clients and IDP projects. The addition of these two new businesses are part of the partnership’s five year strategic plan of integrating real estate services to offer clients in Central PA and the Commonwealth. Integrated Development Partners (IDP) will remain active as the development arm for Kuhn, Kennedy, and Bowser with continued projects in Hershey, Hanover, Harrisburg, Steelton, and throughout central PA and the Commonwealth.

Today we are introducing one of Integrated Development Partners (IDP) CAD Designers, Courtney Zeiders!

Courtney provides the finishing touches and team expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Her hard work is truly appreciated by the entire team!

Today we are introducing Dan Jorich, Integrated Development Partners' Building Designer.

Dan has been instrumental in designing key residential and commercial buildings in the Central Pennsylvania region for over 17 years. He approaches building design based on practical, functional, and economical solutions that comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and ADA compliance while translating a concept that combines innovation, aesthetics, and functionality.

His areas of expertise include site planning, building design, building plan review, tenant fit-outs, commercial and residential floor planning in 2D & 3D models.

Today we are introducing Elliot Shibley, he is Integrated Development Partners' Registered Landscape Architect (PA).

He has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused on Geography from Penn State University.

Elliot specializes in urban development, commercial, residential, and stormwater management with considerable depth of expertise in sustainable strategies for the natural environment.

His projects range from small-scale streetscape revitalization efforts to large-scale mixed-use and community developments. Elliot typically presents projects, prepares proposals, reviews and analyzes township ordinances, and performs construction observations on most projects.

Terri Delo serves as Integrated Development Partners's Project Manager.

With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and site development, Terri is very responsive to our client’s emergent needs and delivers high-quality services and expertise to each project.

Our sister company, Integrated Land Transfer, provides title, notary and settlement services.

They vertically integrate as the insurance company agent, the buyer, and the seller involved in real estate transactions.

An integrated approach is taken to help review titles, issue insurance policies, record paperwork, and aid in closings.

Jonathan attended Walden University where he obtained a Masters of Business Administration, along with Morgan State University where he earned a BA in Political Science and Pre-law.

He has a strong background in relationship management, team building, and driving profitability gains and revenues which make him a valuable asset to the team!

Crystall has over eight years of Customer Service experience and is the Settlement Processor for Integrated Land Transfer.

Through her customer service experience, she gained the knowledge of handling mortgage loans.

She is originally from Bronx, New York, and holds a degree in Business Administration.

Today we are introducing another ILT team member, Amy Eng!

Amy entered the Title World over 20 years’ ago. As she departed from the title business to stay home and raise her children, she later began working for West Shore School District where she gained several years of customer care and support experience.

Amy provides a personalized understanding while building customer loyalty as a Settlement Processor for Integrated Land Transfer.

She is formerly from Virginia Beach, VA, and obtains a degree in Wellness and Health.

She obtains over 22 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry.

When Annette is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel, one of her favorite places being her mother's native county of Newfoundland, Canada.
She is a Central Pennsylvania native and Cedar Cliff alumni with an art degree.
