This program is for players who want to learn all the fundamentals and basic skills of the game.
This program is divided into sections:
Players will have an introduction to physical activity to develop the motor skill needed to learn the sport of volleyball like:

General, overall development
Runs, jumps, throws.
ABCs of athleticism agility, balance, coordination, speed
Medicine ball, Swiss ball, own body strength exercises
Introduction to simple rules and ethics of sport

Then the players will learn in a fun way the fundamental of the game like:
Passing
Bumping
Service
Attacking

Novice Level 5-7pm

Novice Level Description: Active Start and Assessment
Players with no experience of volleyball who want to learn all the fundamentals and basic skills of the game. Player recognizes the need to “know-how”.
Description: Introduction to physical activity. Touches on the ball. Ability to follow instructions.
* Follow Coaching Instructions: Discipline, Willing to Workout, Attention.
* Agility: Motor Skills, Coordination: hand-eye coordination, Speed and Reaction.
* Athletic Skills: Ball Control, Bump and Pass.

Intermediate level Description: Sport Fundamentals
Players with sports/volleyball basics and fundamentals and with the desire to continue the progression and improvement of volleyball skills. Understands the “Know-How” but still needs to get to “Do it”, with proper form and technique.
Description: Fundamentals of Passing, Serving, and Setting. Focusing on the receive, set, attack approach. Emphasis on form and technique.

Open gym is for players with a good level. Players that can serve, do current passes and attack!
