Our 4/5th grade class reached their goal with the bake sale! They earned enough to attend the Medieval Times educational experience. Thank you for supporting and encouraging them in this endeavor!

Bake Sale!!!!!

The 4th/5th grade class is hosting a bake sale to raise money for an upcoming field trip. They are studying the Middle Ages and plan to attend an educational experience offered at Medieval Times. They need your help!

When: Monday, October 28th at 10am, 12pm and 3pm
Where: 4th/5th grade classroom
What: Delicious treats such as brownies, cookies, mini pies, cheesecake, Medieval breads, and more (including GF options)!!!
Price: $2 and up

Parents are welcome to stop in and purchase goodies or send money with your student! Cash, PayPal/Zelle, and checks are accepted!

We thank God for you all every day. You are the community of Veritas Academy! Through the years you have trusted us to make a difference in the lives of your children, supported our work financially, and lifted up our efforts in prayer.

Join us on campus for our First Annual Autumn Jubilee on Saturday, November 9 in celebration of what we have achieved.

You will get a chance to see how far we've come since our humble beginnings in 2018 and all the ways God has blessed our work together for families who sought out alternative approaches to learning from traditional private and public-school systems. We provided all children, and especially those who struggle in traditional school models, an opportunity to thrive in their education. In addition, our innovated blended styles are perfectly woven together on our permanent 13acre campus incorporating the nature setting in our alternative offerings to families.

We look forward to seeing you at the Jubilee in celebration of what we have accomplished as well as introduce ourselves to local families who are interested in learning more about Veritas.

Our 2nd and 3rd Graders, as part of their chemistry project, went to SciTech Discovery Center in Frisco last week!

Next Thursday 9/26 from 5-9pm. All receipts can be dropped in our decorated Veritas Academy box that will be by the register in support of our school.

We are so blessed to have not only 10acres of land for our students to explore and learn from mother earth but we also provide on Fridays, nature enrichment opportunities. This is a perfect time for students to thrive and continue to learn organically outside of a classroom setting.

Our 5th-10th Graders are having a car wash tomorrow morning from 9 to 11:30am. We would love to see you!

Do you enjoy hanging out with kids and love the outdoors? We are still hiring for a couple of positions.
(1) M-Th 9:55am to 12:50 pm - Help with recess duty and help out as an aide in a classroom in between morning and lunch recesses.
(2) Fridays 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM - Teach or Aide in our 1st-4th Grade Enrichment Group - Join us for hiking and other field trips, STEAM activities, and creative play.

Dear Heavenly Father, we pray for our teachers, students, parents and school administrators as they begin the new school year today.

Thank you to those who have dedicated their careers to teaching and leading.

We pray that our classrooms can be a place where love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control flourish.

May they all have the energy, creativity, and an abundance of compassion. Protect their mental and physical health as they work hard to create safe places of learning this year.

⭐️ AFTER SCHOOL CARE ⭐️

We are excited to announce our new After School Program for the 2024-2025 school year. What a great way for the kids to burn up the afternoon energy on our 10 acres!

Not only available for our Veritas Academy Students but we are opening up our program to the local community as well. Prices vary depending on need.

🚌 SCHOOL PICK UP AVAILALBE FOR : Watkins, Akin, and Hartman families. Additional schools will need to be submitted for consideration.

We are hiring for some part-time positions for the 2024-2025 school year.
