We absolutely love having people come in to look and experience the animals in store! But please, respect them!
A few quick points need to be made.
We ask people not to touch the enclosures, and to be especially careful with kids because of heating elements. Please do not let your kiddos or adult friends reach toward the lighting.
If you are putting your hands on the enclosures and an animal approaches, there is a high likelihood of the animal being injured by striking at something luring them. We see their doors and understand the barrier keeps us safe. They do not. So they may strike at the door out of fear or stress. Please look from a distance to keep them safe!
Invertebrates (Tarantulas, Scorpions, etc) are kept in closed displays because they are especially fragile. Picking up a cup or enclosure with a live invertebrate inside can risk their life. If you'd like to see something closer, please ask for help 🙂
The amount of visits we have had from people who just want to look is amazing. It's a chance for every single one of you to experience something new, and a few of you will inevitably grow an interest in this hobby. I encourage that! But please do so safely ❤️
