We’re Back!

Our team has been blown away by the outpouring support we have received through our social media channels and text. We wanted to take the time to thank you all for your well wishes and concerns.

With that being said, we are back to slinging noods and ordering up bennies. All staff members have tested NEGATIVE for COVID-19.

We will resume normal hours starting Sunday, October 25. As always, the entire Charcoal team will be wearing PPE required by the CDC guidelines.

Like we said, 2020 has been a year. But, with your support we realized good things can still happen amidst the craziness.

Charcoal was built around bringing people together. You’re not just a customer to us, you’re a devoted friend, family member, and our biggest fan. With the respect of your health and our team, we have immediately ceased operations as a staff member has come in contact with an individual outside of work who has tested positive for COVID-19.

We are mandating that ALL staff members complete a test and return to work pending a negative result.
