Truly it is 💯 my honor to teach others. The privilege of teaching others. While so much of society focuses on the physical benefits of movement, the mental benefits of Pilates are just as profound and important. Guiding clients through consistent Pilates practices, helping them to progress and feel a sense of achievement and supporting them in their journey is the biggest reward.

I listen to A LOT of podcasts and this one has to be my favorite of all time. Walter Green has a remarkable story. Touching. Authentic. Inspiring. And most of all real. There is no advice. Just listen and your heart will open to true grace.
