We took our Halo Effect Belgian Wit and conditioned it on Peruvian Ground Cherries and locally foraged sour sumac. Presenting an amber brown hue, and exploding with sweet and tart berry like flavor on the palate. A special shoutout to our Executive Chef, Will, for the freshly foraged sour sumac he got for us for this brew.

Come join the fun this year at Vault Brewing's annual Oktoberfest being held on Saturday, October 5th from 12pm - 5pm at Vault Smoke House. Featuring delicious German inspired food served from Vault Smoke House, plus live German music from Philly German Brass Band, and delicious craft beer from Vault Brewing.

Your ticket includes your reserved seat for 90 minutes, plus one Vault Brewing branded Oktoberfest stein, and your first 20oz beer pour! Additional beers will be available for purchase the day of the event. This year, as in years past, we are offering timed entrances to make sure everyone has a chance to get in on the festivities for the day.

All food will be purchased a la carte that day, with our official menu being released close to the event! Keep an eye on our social media channels to get the official look beforehand.

Chaturanga & Cheers returns Monday and this time with a twist!

As many of you may know, Renee is expecting her second little one, so while she is out on maternity leave, Lucas, of Seva Yoga, is going to be taking over Chaturanga & Cheers for her. We are super grateful to everything Renee has brought to the space for the last year, and don’t worry—she will be returning in a few months. We are also super grateful to Lucas for stepping in to bring his light to the space, and to you all.

A little bit about Lucas:

Lucas’s journey into yoga began with a deep interest in meditation and mindfulness, which deepened after a back injury led him to make asana a regular part of his life. Following surgery, his doctor advised him to embrace yoga to prevent future issues, further solidifying his commitment to mindfulness and well-being.

For the past three years, Lucas has owned Seva, a service-based yoga studio in Yardley. He is also a full professor of visual arts and the gallery director at Mercer County Community College. His yoga practice focuses on the sensations in a pose rather than just the form, with a particular dedication to yin yoga and meditation, viewing his work as a mission to “do good work.”

Our new fall menu has arrived 🙌

Starting today, we are rolling out some new items for the season, like our Harvest Salad, a new set for our Spanish Octopus, Sweet Potato Tacos, and a California Chicken Sandwich. Swipe through ➡️ to get a closer look at each of these delicious items.

First up, we welcome Patrick Donovan to Vault tomorrow night at 6pm. He’s a favorite of yours from Vault Smoke House, for his killer voice and relaxing vibe. Patrick is a singer and songwriter, but covers music from a wide range of genres, like Jason Mraz and even Mariah Carey. Swing on by and see what everyone is talking about.

For the weekend, we welcome The J Duo back on Friday night, and the John Sheridan Trio on Saturday night. Make sure you have your requests ready for Friday 😉

Expedition Bucks County has made its trek to our taps!

If you’re not familiar with this beer, Expedition Bucks County is a collab beer, made with love from all of the breweries of Bucks County, in conjunction with Visit Bucks County and the Ale Trail, and brewed at Warwick Farms.

EXPEDITION BUCKS COUNTY 2024: This year, we brewed a 5.5% Hazy IPA that's hopped with Simcoe and cryo Citra. Expect a flavorful IPA that is bursting with peach and candied orange flavor!

Friday night brings the return of the Behn Gillece duo, followed by the Tony Miceli trio on Saturday. Both of these groups are well known here for a reason.

Our first CLAM JAM is in the books!

Thank you very much to all of Easton, and especially 3rd and Ferry Fish Market, for having us to celebrate the end of summer the right way—with fresh oysters and craft beer! We loved meeting everyone yesterday, and seeing so many people out and about enjoying the gorgeous day and all things Easton has to offer.

We can’t wait to see you all again soon! Stay tuned for more updates on our Easton location process and opening.

Chaturanga & Cheers with Renee returns tomorrow!

Chaturanga & Cheers is an all levels yoga class in Vault’s Back Bar space, followed by drinks & cocktails at the bar! Renee is our Front of House Director, and now that she has her yoga certification, she is excited for you all to share space together through a different lens. No need for lots of experience, this yoga class is open to everyone, and perfect for the craft beer lover 😉 Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props that would make them feel comfortable, however, blocks will be available for use. Release forms will be signed before class, so make sure you arrive a few minutes early.

Ticket includes your yoga class, one drink of choice, and unlimited fun and relaxation.

BIG NEWS OUT OF YARDLEY

We are super excited to spill the beer on our new location in downtown Easton, PA, projected to open its doors to the public in late October, 2024.

This new brewpub is located in the heart of downtown Easton, only a few blocks from the Crayola Experience and other local shops and restaurants. The building is spacious and beautiful, with an open and industrial feeling, and it also has an outdoor patio space. Although it’s not an old bank or financial building, there is something undeniably “us” inside of this space, and we are excited to welcome it into the fold.

At Vault Brewing Easton, we intend to bring you the same quality craft beer you’ve come to know and love from us, as well as a local and seasonal menu from Chef Will. You may recognize some of the classic items we are known for on our new menu, but keep an eye out for many new and exciting dishes yet to come.

This new spot marks Vault Brewing’s second location, but the sixth business operating under the Vault Brewing & Companies umbrella.

Check out this sweet menu for Saturday at our annual summer Pig Roast at Vault Smoke House. It’s gonna be absolutely delish, with cold Vault craft beer and fun cocktails to go along with it.

WE’LL MISS YOU JULIE!

Today is Julie’s last day and we want to give her a proper send off. Julie has been a part of Vault for over a year now, both working in the brewpub as a server, but most recently as part of our brewing team. She’s an incredible teammate, and we are really going to miss her.

But here’s the awesome news: Julie is leaving us to open up her own brewery! Wild Fern Brewing is Julie’s brew baby, and she’ll be brewing up some delicious craft beer over in Frenchtown. So give her a follow: and then be sure to visit her once she opens her doors! (Coming soon!)
